Devise a social media strategy to increase engagement and following, and attract new class sign-ups. Create a range of templates in Canva using Rah’s branding that can be used in-house to create consistent content for social media. Create a branded emailer template with links and click-throughs. Results: Our training session covered a review of Rah’s recent posts; including what was working and what could be improved. We made sure everything on their Facebook and Instagram accounts was set up properly and worked through the process of how to create and post engaging, relevant and consistent content. We created a content plan of what to post and when, and looked at how to effectively use hashtags to reach a wider audience. By creating a folder of templates in Canva, Sarah and her team are able to quickly create new images for use on social media with ease. Rah is now able to send out branded email campaigns and monthly emailers using a branded Mailchimp template that can be easily edited in-house. By learning the basic skills and having the correct tools needed to implement successful social media and email campaigns, Sarah and the team at Rah Fitness Studio are now able to align all their digital marketing efforts and be self-sufficient. We worked with the team at The Upholsterer from May 2019 to March 2021 and provided them with Full Social Media Account Management - creating and posting content, responding to any comments/queries, as well as building relationships with other social media users on their behalf. We also created and placed adverts on both Facebook and Instagram. Results: Overall audience across Facebook and Instagram increased by 123%. Their Facebook following increased by 94% and Instagram, which was the most successful platform in terms of generating sales, saw a huge 926% increase (yes you read that correctly!) in followers.
